Shipping policy

***Shipping - Processing time is approximately between 7 - 10 business days since all items being shipped are  "Made to Order".  Some items may take longer to ship due to supplier delays.  We are continuously working hard to ship items faster.

We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. For insurance purposes we choose priority shipping so that your package is insured.

We do our absolute best to ship out within 7-10 business days of your order. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted.

OUR SHOP WILL NOT REFUND PACKAGES FOR BEING LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE THOUGH the postal services. ONCE IT LEAVES OUR SHOP, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF WHAT MAIL CARRIERS DO WITH THE PACKAGES.
